Contest Terms & Conditions

1. Organizer

The contest is run by WalkMe, Inc., a Delaware corporation, together with its affiliates (“WalkMe”).

2. Who Can Enter

• This contest is open to WalkMe customers and partners worldwide except where prohibited by local law, and except for individuals who are employed in the public sector and/or considered government officials.

• Employees of WalkMe, their immediate family members, and anyone directly involved in running or judging the contest may not enter.

3. Participation & Consent

By entering, you agree to:

• Abide by these Terms & Conditions

• Allow WalkMe to use your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

• Grant WalkMe the right to use your entry (including your name, image, likeness, voice, and biographical details) for promotional purposes in any media worldwide, without further compensation.

• Allow WalkMe to communicate with you about the contest.

4. Entry Details

• Free to enter – no purchase required.

• Submit your entry between Wednesday, September 9-Wednesday, October 7, 2026.

• After Wednesday, October 7, no new submissions will be accepted.

5. Contest Timeline

• Friday, October 16, 2026: Finalists to be showcased in a live DemoJam webinar announced.

• Wednesday, October 21, 2026: Live DemoJam webinar

  • Thursday, October 22, 2026: Asia Pacific Live DemoJam webinar

• Friday, October 23, 2026: Audience voting closes.

• Tuesday, October 27, 2026: Winners announced.

6. Prizes

• Finalists will receive a gift box valued at (or equivalent to) $50 USD

• In addition to kudos, pride, and bragging rights, the award winner will receive a DemoJam winner trophy and a prize package valued at $100 USD

• All taxes, duties, customs charges, and any other costs associated with the receipt or use of a prize are the sole responsibility of the selected entrants. WalkMe will not gross up or compensate for any withholding or other tax obligations. Recipients are encouraged to consult their own tax advisors regarding the tax treatment of the prize in their jurisdiction.

7. Winner Selection

• Finalists selected by a panel of WalkMe judges based on a rubric that considers innovation, complexity, and business impact.

• Winners chosen by audience votes and/or a WalkMe-appointed judging panel.

• Winners will be notified by email within 30 days after voting closes.

• If a winner does not respond within 14 days, WalkMe may select another winner.

• WalkMe’s decisions are final.

8.  Use of Third-Party Materials/Agreement to Indemnify

• If your submission includes any third-party applications or materials, including those of your employer, you confirm you have the rights and permission to use any intellectual property shown and to submit your solution as part of this contest.

• You also agree to indemnify WalkMe from any claims related to your use of any third-party materials and/ or your participation in the contest.

9. Miscellaneous

• Governing Law: This contest is governed by the laws of California. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Francisco, CA.

• No Sponsorship: This contest is not sponsored or endorsed by Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, or any prize manufacturers.

• WalkMe reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the contest at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to technical failures, errors, fraud, or circumstances beyond WalkMe's reasonable control. In the event of cancellation or termination, WalkMe shall have no obligation to award prizes and shall not be liable to any entrant for any loss, damage, or disappointment arising from such cancellation or termination. WalkMe is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, lost, late, or misdirected entries, or any other errors or failures, whether human, mechanical, electronic, or otherwise, that may affect the contest.

• Each entrant acknowledges and agrees: (a) the finalist selection, audience voting, and winner selection processes and their outcomes are final and binding, and each entrant releases WalkMe from any and all claims arising out of or related to the selection process or its result; and (b) the prizes have no cash value and may not be exchanged or substituted by the recipient. If a recipient does not wish to receive their prize, such recipient may decline it and no alternative will be provided.
