CONTEST OFFICIAL RULES
AWARDS DESCRIPTION
The Realizer Award is an annual award that spotlights companies and industry leaders that are taking the lead on digital adoption to realize the full potential of technology in their respective spaces.
All eligible entries received will be judged using the criteria in the “Judging” portion of the rules below. Judges will select 4 winners, to be announced at the WalkMe Realize conference (the “Event”) on March 18, 2026.
CONTEST TIME PERIOD
This Contest starts on December 3, 2025 at 12:00 AM Pacific Time and ends at 11:59 PM Pacific Time PT February 5, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Entries must be received within the Entry Period to be eligible. Any received outside of those dates will be disqualified.
ELIGIBILITY
You are eligible to enter this Contest if you meet the all of following requirements:
You are at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry;
You are a current WalkMe customer;
You are NOT an employee of WalkMe;
You are NOT involved in any part of the administration and execution of this Contest;
You are NOT an immediate family (parent, sibling, spouse, child) or household member of a WalkMe employee, an employee of a WalkMe affiliate, or a person involved in any part of the administration and execution of this Contest.
This Contest is void where prohibited.
WalkMe reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to disqualify or reject any entry at any time if it determines that: (i) the entrant does not meet the eligibility requirements; (ii) the entry is incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading; (iii) the entrant has violated these Official Rules or engaged in any conduct that could harm the integrity or reputation of the Contest or WalkMe; or (iv) for any other reason that WalkMe deems appropriate to ensure fairness and compliance with these Official Rules. All such determinations by WalkMe are final and binding.
SUBMITTING AWARD NOMINATIONS
To be eligible for judging, an entry must meet the following requirements:
Any WalkMe customer may submit an entry. No purchase is necessary. An individual or company can be nominated for multiple categories. Nominations must be submitted via the https://events.walkme.com/realizer-awards-2026/ website. The online nomination may be augmented by supporting materials to assist judges in determining how well the nominee meets the criteria for the selected award. If including supporting materials, please also send these within the online submission process, and you must have obtained any and all consents, approvals or licenses required for you to submit your entry; and your entry must not otherwise violate the rights of any other person or company by using their trademarks, music, logos, names or images without their express written consent.
By submitting an entry, you acknowledge and agree that WalkMe and its affiliates, and their respective licensees and marketing partners, may use, reproduce, display, and publish your name, your employer’s name, and/or the name of the company or organization on whose behalf you are submitting the entry (collectively, the “Represented Entity”), as well as any associated trademarks, logos, likenesses, images, and other identifying materials (collectively, “Marks”), in connection with the Contest, its promotion, and related marketing or publicity activities.
You hereby grant WalkMe and its affiliates, and their respective licensees, and marketing partners a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable, and sublicensable license to use the Marks and any materials submitted in connection with your entry for advertising, promotional, and marketing purposes, in any media now known or later developed, without further notice, approval, or compensation to you or to the Represented Entity, except where prohibited by law.
By submitting an entry, you further waive any right to inspect or approve the use of such materials and release WalkMe, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, or liabilities arising out of or related to such use, including but not limited to claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, infringement of moral rights, or any right of publicity or compensation.
JUDGING
A panel of judges, comprised of individuals chosen by WalkMe, will review all eligible entries received and select, at their discretion, more or fewer than three finalists for each of the 4 categories. The panel will select one winner from each group of finalists from each category. The decisions of these judges are final and binding.
FINALIST AND WINNER NOTIFICATION
Finalists will be announced on or after March 9, 2026.
Winners will be announced on March 18, 2026.
If you are a finalist, we will notify you by sending a message to the email address listed on your entry. Winners are not required to attend the Event or be present at the announcement(s) to win.
PRIZE
A total of four trophies will be awarded to winners, one per category. There are no cash alternatives or substitutions.
Prizes are extended to you under the condition that your acceptance does not violate any applicable laws or policies within your organization. If you are unsure of whether your acceptance may violate any such laws or policies, we strongly encourage you to seek advice from your ethics or compliance official. For organizations that are unable to accept all or a portion of this complimentary offer and would like to pay for their own trophy, upon request, WalkMe will provide a reasonable market value and an invoice or other suitable payment process.
OTHER
WalkMe is not responsible for technical issues, including but not limited to server malfunctions, network failures, hardware or software deficiencies, internet connectivity issues, or other factors outside their control that may affect entry or participation. The organizers reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest in such cases.
By participating in the Contest, you agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless WalkMe, its affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or losses arising directly or indirectly from your participation in the contest or from the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize awarded.
WalkMe reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate this Contest at any time, in whole or in part, for any reason, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, pandemics, epidemics, government actions or regulations, public health emergencies, power outages, network or system failures, technical malfunctions, or any other event, circumstance, or cause beyond WalkMe’s reasonable control that, in its judgment, affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Contest.
WalkMe reserves the right to make rules and contest changes.
